Wings performed at the Olympia Stadium in Detroit, Michigan, USA, on 7 May 1976.

It was the 30th night of the 65-date Wings Over The World Tour, which ran from September 1975 to October 1976, and the first of two consecutive nights in Detroit.

Wings were Paul McCartney on vocals, guitar, bass guitar, and keyboards; Linda McCartney on vocals and keyboards; Denny Laine on vocals, guitar, and bass guitar; Jimmy McCulloch on guitar and vocals; and Joe English on drums, plus a horns and brass section consisting of Howie Casey, Tony Dorsey, Steve Howard, and Thaddeus Richard.

The performance of ‘Lady Madonna’ from this night appears on the 1976 live album Wings Over America.
