‘Sun Is Shining’ is the seventh track on The Fireman’s third album Electric Arguments.
An instrumental mix of ‘Sun Is Shining’, known as the ‘Equinox Instrumental’, was also made by McCartney and Youth. It was released on the deluxe edition of the album on 31 January 2009.
Although he never performed it live in concert, McCartney did sing ‘Sun Is Shining’ during a number of soundchecks for the Up And Coming Tour in 2010.
