Live At The Greek Theater 2019 is the twelfth solo live album released by Ringo Starr.
Recorded by the former Beatles drummer and the All-Starr Band on their 30th Anniversary Tour in 2019, it contains the full show from the Greek Theater in Los Angeles on 1 September 2019. During the final song, ‘With A Little Help From My Friends’, Starr invited Wally Palmar, Richard Page, Edgar Winter, Eric Carmen, Joe Walsh, Jim Keltner, and Nils Lofgren onto the stage to sing.
It is Starr’s second live album recorded at the venue, following the 2010 release Live At The Greek Theatre 2008.
The album was released on 25 November 2022 on CD, DVD, Blu-ray, and as a limited edition double yellow vinyl set. The latter was available from independent record stores as part of Record Store Day’s Black Friday event.
On 5 October 2022 ‘Matchbox’ was released as a digital single from the album, with the video from the show posted on YouTube.
