‘That Is All’ is the final song on George Harrison’s fourth solo album Living In The Material World.

There is nothing particularly to say about ‘That Is All’. The melody came to me and I then had to think of lyrics. That’s all.
George Harrison
I Me Mine

The song’s lush string arrangement was by John Barham, who worked on All Things Must Pass and the Living In The Material World songs ‘Who Can See It’, ‘The Day The World Gets ’Round’, and ‘That Is All’. Recorded in early March 1973, Barham’s orchestra and choir parts were the final additions to the album.
