‘Last Night’ is the fourth song on Traveling Wilburys Vol. 1.

The song was primarily written by Tom Petty, with lead vocals shared by him and Roy Orbison.

Tom wrote that line [about The Idle Race]. He wrote probably that verse. So that’s all down to Tom. That’s how that became the title.
