I want all of Sgt. Pepper . Mostly because they used it as an example of why they couldn't tour anymore.
Ad hoc, ad loc, and quid pro quo! So little time! So much to know!

You know it's true. They used the examples of Revolver and Sgt. Pepper being too elaborate as reasons why they couldn't tour, but I'm sure they had some of the technology available before 1980 to recreate some of that. I have a feeling that today, (OK, not 30 years ago, but today) someone could do an amazing job of recreating Tomorrow Never Knows almost to the note live.
I'm not sure of an exact set list, but I can't see them in the scenario you've given as performing anything before Rubber Soul .

You'd think with the sheer number of us wanting to build a time machine for the same purpose, we would eventually be able to work something out to create one, huh?

Yeah, but Yoko T-1000s keep it from happening.

ROFLMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
Ok ok I don't want to derail the thread so I'll say the songs I'd love to listen live, in no specific order. I'm leaving some Paul out because I already did.
Everybody's got something to hide except from me and my monkey
Octopus Garden
Blackbird (though I already did)
Two of Us
I've got a feeling
I want you (She's so heavy)
I, Me, Mine
Hey Jude !
Let it Be
And a long, long list.
Here comes the sun….. Scoobie-doobie……

I'm Only Sleeping
Octopus' Garden (Ringo's Encore)
Something (George's Encore)
Hey Jude (Paul's Encore)
All You Need Is Love (John's Encore)
Sgt Pepper Lonely Hearts Club Band (Reprise)
A Day In The Life (THE Encore to end all encores)

Good and interesting stuff – I'm noticing there's really none of the old stuff – but is it impossible to think that in an atmosphere of reunion and reliving the old days etc, they would rediscover an affection for the early work. Look at how Paul does more and more old stuff.
So who's willing to throw down that you might hear
A Hard Day's Night
Ask My Why
Nowwhere Man
Remember even John did I Saw Her Standing There with Elton!
"She looks more like him than I do."

If I had had a beverage in my mouth when I read that, I would have Zigged. And you would have owed me a new keyboard.
As for my concert…
Let's see…
Everything from 1966.
Abbey Road medley.
Now, as the chord is fading out, the Beatles walk off the stage. (There are weights on the piano keys, OK?) Everyone is talking about what a great concert that was, and they're complaining about the fact that it's over, but what a great closer, right?
And then…
“I'm Down.”
If I seem to act unkind, it's only me, it's not my mind that is confusing things.

MeanMrsMustard – that is a very creative set – everything from 1966 – how enthralling would that be!
Oh yes. “Paperback Writer ,” “Rain ,” and all of Revolver ! I would be levitating.
I'm kind of disappointed at how George-lacking my setlist is. Only three songs, as compared to 13 Paul, 9 John, and one Ringo song! At least John gets 9 songs….
