Also, another thing I did with school that was Beatle related, was when my English teacher let us pick our own online pictures for our SAT words project, and one of the words was abet, which also means help, assist, or encourage. For that picture, I picked the Help ! album cover. Let's just say, I didn't forget that word.

Offline When someone tells you that the Beatles are gone and this is a new generation and that you should forget them, you get really mad and rant on about how they pretty much changed music forever but they STILL can't get it through their thick skull. Sorry, I was pretty mad at them.

My sister listens to country and rap all the time (
) so she thinks the Beatles are weird. In fact, the first time she found out I liked them, she said,”You like the Beatles? You have to be a weirdo hippie to like them.” It made me mad, but I knew she was joking. Still, she thinks they are weird and old. Oh well, most people I know do, except for my buddees, who love having what we call Fab Four Nights, where we watch Beatles movies and listen to their music. Oh well, I know my sister is joking, she is a good person.

Offline OMG! Fab Four Nights sound like a blast! And screw anyone who tells us we’re weird or hippies. For those of you who are in high school, I think you’ll find that people stop teasing you when you get older. They wise up. People teased me all the time in elementary school.
“You like the Beatles? They’re old and dead. You’re a weird hippie.” <– Sounds pretty similar to your situation.
What I actually said, in whiny fifth-grader voice: “No I’m nooot! Stop iiiiit!”
What I should have said: “Iiiii’m a loser? YOU don’t like THE BEATLES!!! What is wrong with you?!”

Offline Mwahaha, I already have told those people to shut up. Or I have asked them what they listen too, then my I understand why they don't like them. They listen to CRap. (By the way, I love that word combo!) And Fab Four Nights are really fun, especially when you watch A Hard Day's Night first then go to the super colorful Yellow Submarine next. It is really, really weird to watch them after another.
