Woot woot! I got it with 2:04 remaining. I basically typed common words (You, your, I, the, we, want). I don't know when I got it.
Here's the Beatles Ultimate Quiz: http://www.sporcle.com/games/l…..ong_list
I can't BELIEVE some of these results.

If I remember correctly, there was one that I just bombed then bailed on. There was absolutely no way I would know the bridge or the rest of the verses.
That site apparently has a lot of Beatles-related timewasters on there.
There's another called the Beatles Ultimate Quiz, and see how you do there. You have quite a few songs to name (76 songs) in 17 minutes, with 8 OR 9 minutes of song fragments of various lengths to help you along.
(I eventually got them all, but there were 2 I struggled with, because I knew them but wasn't able to remember their *exact* titles right away.)

You're watching “Evan Almighty,” and “Revolution ” comes on. It's a semitone higher, though, so you're trying to figure out whether it's a cover or simply sped up. You figure out it's a cover because the singer sings “eh-volution” instead of “ee-volution.”

That one right now isn't turning out to be too tough for me. But I'm better at recognizing songs when I hear them than just looking at lyrics. But that's just me. And I”m only at 1:07 at the youtube listening thing.

Yeah the “Ultimate” quiz wasn't THAT hardcore, but there's also some interesting ones, like name the song just with its last 5 seconds. All these quizzes are telling me is, yeah, I'm kind of obsessed. Though I am freakishly good at recognizing songs after hearing 5 seconds or less of it.

03:42 for the second one. By the way, the creator spells “sixty-four” as “sixtey-four”.
Oh, that's not been fixed yet? People complained in the comments about that. I just take the lazy route and type 64 when that comes up. I'm happy they also accept “Sgt.” and just the main bit of Norwegian Wood , because that would take up a lot of time if I had to type it out.

Ah, he sings “for” in that song, but it's not in the title. That's a stinker.
I did embarrassingly bad at this. Like total mind blank on some songs that I should just plain know, never mind what album they're on.
But what I love is this: I listened to the White Album so much as a kid, that I can name the songs on the first album one right after the other.
The Yellow Sub one. Did the Beatles play on all of that? Cause I'm going to cry foul here. The CD I have is the one with the four new songs and then all the previously released ones, like Eleanor Rigby . I thought the one with all the incidental music was mainly George Martin?

You're correct, All You Need Is Love is the last genuine Beatles song on that album. The rest is Martin.
I had a rummage, and I can't find out if they received credit.
I got Pepperland though

When your mother immediately expects anything you want is Beatles related (even if it isn't). For example, she was shopping this morning, and rang me asking if Rock Band 3 was meant to be about The Beatles. She even sounded a little disappointed when I said it wasn't, but that it had Imagine on it. Hopefully she got it anyway..
I'd like to be, under the sea, in an octopus's garden, with you.

Well, it has Imagine on the disk, you can download the entire Imagine album as DLC, and Happy Xmas (War is Over) is coming out for DLC this Christmas. You can also download Jet , Band On The Run and Sing the Changes as live versions from Good Evening New York City .
So yeah, you should get it and some Microsoft Points to buy all those songs.
And those are awesome, Mithveaen. Where did you get them?

Hahaha, cute! Is that the corn flakes box that gave John the inspiration for “Good Morning, Good Morning”? 😉
Those fill-in-the-lyrics are not only fun but educational: All these years i thought George was singing “…long cold NORTHERN winter” instead of “lonely”!
GEORGE: In fact, The Detroit Sound. JOHN: In fact, yes. GEORGE: In fact, yeah. Tamla-Motown artists are our favorites. The Miracles. JOHN: We like Marvin Gaye. GEORGE: The Impressions PAUL & GEORGE: Mary Wells. GEORGE: The Exciters. RINGO: Chuck Jackson. JOHN: To name but eighty.
