50yearslate, BeatlebugI've been up on the mountain, and I've seen his wondrous grace,
I've sat there on the barstool and I've looked him in the face.
He seemed a little haggard, but it did not slow him down,
he was humming to the neon of the universal sound.

Yeah, my Beatles film fantasies have pretty much always centred around a particular year in the career (1968 would have made an awesome one), fitting it all into one film would be impossible.

I've sat there on the barstool and I've looked him in the face.

For John there is Nowhere Boy though that’s only his adolescence.Personally I feel like the Beatles did way too much to have one movie do them justice. Maybe a tv series biopic would be good though.
I agree, and that’s by I’d have a John film centred around his 1980 interview, reflecting on key parts of his life, young and old. And ends when he exits the room as the interview concludes – with us knowing he’s walking to his fate. I’d like a film to communicate what he was like as a person but also creatively.

There’s like 10 Beatles and John biopics- the only thing is few of them are of good quality, the best being Backbeat and Nowhere Boy. If HBO or some channel that can show raunchy scenes (justice for Hamburg) and bad language did an 8-10 episode Beatles miniseries, I’m sure it’d do very well. The drama is there, betrayal, confusion, jubilation, and just sheer madness.
Well now I’m excited for a series that is unlikely to come into fruition any time soon.

Because , whether an audition or their first session proper, The Beatles entered the hallowed portals of EMI Studios on Abbey Road for the first time on the 18th anniversary of D-Day. It would become their playground for the next 7-and-a-half years.

Reminds me when me and my friend were talking about missing opportunities in Rocketman after having been to the early premiere.
Me: “So I read an early review where it said that he got John from John Lennon * which made me hope, while everybody else were hoping for a Freddie Mercury (played again by Rami Malek) cameo, for a John Lennon cameo. I wonder if it would had featured the rumored story of them kissing backstage at the Madison Square concert if he indeed had had a cameo.”
My friend: *Has no idea what I’m talking about as her knowledge about the Beatles is very casual*
*Which was just a creative difference for some reason.
