I like Yoko well enough, the only things I really do not like that she did was: a) break up a marriage and b) her treatment of Julian. As for all this “she broke up The Beatles” stuff I can't believe it is still going on all these years later. People who believe in it I swear just for some reason want a simple answer and don't want to delve deeper. I think a slow build began when they stopped touring, although I do think that was a good thing, and then the no turning back moment was when Brian died.

Oh, that looks interesting. No idea what it's all about, but some good people are involved. Thanks for posting it.

I kind of came to the same conclusion, although I've always thought it was India that was the catalyst for them discovering independence and going their separate ways. I think Hey Bulldog was their final work where everybody was fully committed to The Beatles as a group – afterwards they were happier to go it alone or have two or three members on a song.
I agree with that. The India thing made The Beatles go to independent ways.

where there are 2 people there will be war. Remember that too, no one can agree on the same exact thing with someone else.
Grrr, forget it.
Just because John and Yoko say “We Want Peace!” It doesn't matter. Terrorists aren't going to say ” Well, John Lennon Said Give Peace A Chance so we won't bomb America

Back to Yoko, does anyone think this reporter was in any way sexist or racist? I can see why she might be upset with the question, but I think her response was wide of the mark.

Yoko was only John's excuse to divorce Cynthia, not the first time he thought of it
Check out John and Yoko on the Dick Cavett Show. It's from 1972. Really funny.
I can't help but to wish John and Cynthia had never gotten married, for her sake and for Julian's. But I do guess that if he wasn't married and living with her he wouldnt have saw so much of Julian when he went home. But he just mistreated both of them so much because he felt trapped by the situation.

Actually Freddie and Julia were married 2yrs before John was born and I believe legally married until Julia died. I, personally, see Freddie and John as different; Freddie was an absent father because he was working and he moved out of the country. But he did fight for John and wanted to take him with him. John on the other hand was absent due to work, but admitted that even when he was there he really wasnt. And then when Cynthia and he got divorced he willingly left Julian's life.

The Following exchange occurred on the TV show Gilmore Girls (to set the stage Rory was looking through a set of used CD’s Her best friend Lane had bought): Rory: Yoko Ono, Really?
Lane: A very misunderstood artist and The Beatles would have broken up anyways
R: Have You shared this theory with anyone?
L: Yoko knows it, Sean knows it, Julian’s still in denial but what can you do.
R: Ok then.
Just thought I would share proof that Yoko hatred for breaking up the Beatles still exists.
