Offline I don’t think he did use some of the words I used, no. But I felt quite offended that he was basically implying that we weren’t capable of holding that particular conversation with him, that it was somehow beyond us.
I know he apologised as well, but only to you LHL. I didn’t comment at the time because I only looked at that thread for the first time today. I also got the feeling that he was only apologising because you picked up on what he said.
I’m not looking for an argument here, my head aches and it’s getting late. I’m fed up of being discarded though simply because of either my age (usually this) or my apparent inability to hold any form of ”serious” conversation. I go to school where the teachers assume you’re all the same, so I get it a lot, and I’m a bit fed up of it.

Okay, we both probably overreacted a little bit. I get that whole s**t at school, and here has become the only place where I can go and be considered as an equal. I hope I haven’t put you off saying whatever you want to say in future

Offline ^^^ Me, too. I’ve been on various other forums (not all for The Beatles) and things can often get quite nasty just for the sake of it, rather than because there is an argument to be had. I just felt like I needed to say what I did.

Offline The only board I really looked into was DMBeatles.com. It was ok, but there were several people jumping down each other throats, so I didn’t join. The other problem with that board and other boards is that most them are inactive.
