I would like to perhaps catch a show and was wondering what you guys thought of the popular Beatles tribute bands

Offline I’ve only seen one Beatles tribute band and they’re called The Liverpool Legends. They were put together by George’s sister, Louise, and she answered questions before the show and afterwards she was giving out “Harrison hugs,” so if you like hugging people I would recommend trying to make it to one of their concerts. (I can’t comment on the quality of the hug, though, because my mom didn’t want to wait in line with me to hug her). As far as quality of the music, they were pretty decent for a tribute band. The only thing that annoyed me is they played Imagine (that’s NOT a Beatles song), but other than that it was interesting.

RAIN. I’ve seen them several times and I love them. We’ve also seen “Get Back !”. Both are taken from the casts of Beatlemania and their shows are a lot of fun. There’s also a great band at EPCOT (Disney World) in the UK part of the World Showcase called “British Invasion” and they were great!

Instead of locking, you could move all the posts except yours to the Beatles tribute acts thread so that google is happy and so users won’t have to report and users who don’t have their post forever stuck.
