Actually, there are quite a few Revolver songs that could’ve been played live with little to no changing, those songs are:
Taxman (you’d have to find a way to work around the fact that George can’t play the guitar solo though)
I’m Only Sleeping (without reversed guitar)
Here, There, And Everywhere
She Said, She Said
And Your Bird Can Sing (in place of a bass part, you’d have to have Paul play guitar live)
Got To Get You Into My Life (without brass)
And even some from the Sgt. Pepper ‘s Lonely Hearts Club Band, Magical Mystery Tour , and Yellow Submarine era that could be played live with little to no changing:
Sgt. Pepper ‘s Lonely Hearts Club Band (no french horns)
With A Little Help From My Friends
Getting Better (no piano or tamboura)
Good Morning, Good Morning (place John on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, Paul on bass and backing vocals, George on tambourine and backing vocals and guitar solo, and Ringo on drums, no brass or sound effects and the solo would have to be altered for George’s playing style)
Sgt. Pepper ‘s Lonely Hearts Club Band (Reprise)
I Am The Walrus (no orchestra or radio shows)
Hello, Goodbye (no violas)
Lady Madonna (no saxophone)

The And Your Bird Can Sing guitar part would be really easy to play with that level of audience energy and noise.

Good point, with all of that energy and noise, no one would notice any mistakes and even if they did, they wouldn’t care because it’s The Beatles dammit. They could’ve just stood on stage and talked about what they had for breakfast for 2 hours and those girls would’ve screamed until their throats bled.
: This morning, i decided to have a cup of tea with my biscuits and jam that made for me. After that, i decided to sit down on my couch and read my favorite coffee table book, Pride And Prejudice. Then, i decided to…

Proving why a lot of those songs would be too mellow for girls like that. A lot of post-Revolver Beatles songs desire a more intimate setting than what existed at the time, showing evidently when they desperately try to harmonize in Nowhere Man with a thousand screaming girls. I would love to see a lot of the songs on your list live, but songs like Flying would be impossible. That’s one reason they were so great to produce it from the studio

I think just about every song sounds better in the studio than live. Sure, there’s great live albums out there like Live Killers and KISS Alive but you have much more control in the studio and are able to do a better job, there’s no retakes or overdubs in a concert.

I should’ve said very rarely but then again that was for MTV unplugged, a TV show, not a regular concert, they also did retakes on the rooftop as well and some live albums contain overdubs, although it’s impossible to do an overdub DURING a live performance.

That’s an awesome setlist, but there’s one problem.
Between A Day In The Life and Carry That Weight should be Lovely Rita .

Haha yes, the piano chord just goes straight into the Lovely Rita intro.

In all seriousness, what they should have done was play Sgt Pepper in full (hiring an orchestra, keyboardist, extra guitarists etc) in the Royal Albert Hall and televise it on the day of it’s release. Imagine the ridiculous levels of brilliance there would have been.

But for a Revolver tour I would have had:
November – December 1966 Revolver , Live In Concert
John Lennon : Gretsh
George Harrison : Fender Stratocaster
Paul: Hofner
I would also have a keyboardist.
Set List:
And Your Bird Can Sing (John play bass)

It’s January 1969 and Paul McCartney has somehow managed to persuade his three bandmates that it would be a good idea to tour again. After briefly contemplating going ‘up on the roof’, they agree to appear at the Saville Row Theatre for one night only. The White Album is still (probably) riding high in the charts, and despite abandoning their latest project, they are still keen to explore Paul’s suggestion. Tickets for their first live performance in nearly three years have been snapped up by the hip and the wealthy, alike. They take to the stage to a deafening applause. They are joined on stage by their friend Billy Preston on keys. As ever, Paul counts them in to their first song with a swift ‘one, two, three, four!’
This is the night’s fourteen-song setlist:
Sgt. Pepper ‘s Lonely Hearts Club Band The band’s rendition is no doubt inspired by Jimi Hendrix’s stripped-back version of the same song, performed at the same venue in 1967.

Great setlist but i would put Please Please Me in place of Twist And Shout since that it would make it their 4 1963 UK singles.
