Reading the thread about the play, I was reminded how much in love with The Beatles Victor was, and how passionate and funny he was when speaking about them. I went into YouTube to see if they had a clip of him I remember from the ’80s when he talking about John, and told a couple of stories about the play. I couldn’t find it. I found this instead. It’s about 45 minutes in total (it’s in five parts), and it’s him talking at a Beatles Convention in the Netherlands a couple of years before his death last year.
I would recommend taking the time. It’s as good an “interview” with someone associated with them as you’ll ever see, and more informative than most.
Hope you enjoy. Let me know what you think.
