Offline Actually, I think Yoko looks better in a tie than George does. George looks positively uncomfortable in a tie, whereas Yoko owns it; Hari’s more suited to fruity ’70s vests and long-collared shirts, in my opinion.

Offline I think the best thing we can do as Yoko fans is to try and dispel this notion that she brainwashed John. She SAVED John! John, for all his faults, was even worse of a person before Yoko came. She gave him the balance he needed and made him a less angry person. It saddens me that people don’t see that.

What kills me is people give Linda a free pass when she does the EXACT SAME THING!
– She doesn’t “Sing” as well as Paul
– She’s always around Paul in interviews
– She gives her input on his music
– She can be preachy about what matters to her (Vegetarianism etc)
But because she’s not “Different” it’s, “Oh look how cute they are together!” – Not for Yoko though. To them she’s just a cancer. It’s sick.

Right. Linda was your more straightforward person. Yoko on the other hand was “Radical” and thus people had to make her out to be some kind of menace. Especially since she “Messed” with a Beatle. How DARE she! John was THEIRS, don’t ya know?
