Check out this hilarious sketch from British sketch show Harry and Paul, showing the Beatles in their old age if they never took drugs. I especially like the part with Bob Dylan, and the song about the confusing times of the days of the weeks.
You all will have read that Dave Dee is no longer with us. But Mickey and Titch and I would like to carry on the good work that's always gone down in number two.

When I clicked on this, I thought it would be a thread on “what would the Beatles be like if they never took drugs?”
My first thought: “DocterRobert's name wouldn't even EXIST.”
If I seem to act unkind, it's only me, it's not my mind that is confusing things.

Offline Not sure why they combined the not-doing-drugs thing with the old thing. It is amusing to think what would have happened had they continued 50 years later, but the execution was a bit weird.

Offline Yeah, I expected some deep discussion about the effects of drugs on their music and what their music would’ve become, had they not ever taken any drugs.

Maybe they thought it would be funnier than being old and having continued drug use. I don’t know; might have been funny listening them brag about what they’re on… and it’s all prescription medication for aches and pains.
