I bet this topic has never been brought up!
All I know in this regard is just a little about Paul — I know he has been keen on skiing regularly, which can be quite a workout. He also said in an interview that he doesn’t jog per se, but he does like to run around a field “getting the air up my nose”.
So I wonder if Paul did anything more concerted for exercise, and also John, George, and Ringo? If anyone knows, please let me know.

I think George and John practiced some Yoga, but I can’t say how regularly.

In the famous 1966 Maureen Cleave profile “How Does A Beatle Live?”, she called attention to John’s proud laziness, and quoted John saying that he was happy to write and read, and play, and watch and listen, but that “…sex is the only physical activity I can be bothered with anymore”. Of course, by the 70s, we can presume he and Yoko did a lot of walking around Manhattan.
