Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame Debuts New Beatles Exhibit | Fab Forum | The Beatles Bible

Just got back from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and the Exhibit, and spent waaay to much time there. There is a mini-documentary for each album, and I think my dad and I sat there for at least 45 minutes watching them. They have John's suit from the Sgt. Pepper 's album shoot, and his leather jacket from the early days in Liverpool and Germany, and other outfits. They also had two of John's guitars, his piano, and his mellotron, and George's guitar as well. Also the original drop T drum head I believe, hard to remember all the details. One of my favourites was the actual lyrics of “In My Life ” that John wrote down. Lots of goodies like that.

I thouroughly enjoyed it. such a geek.

It was conveniently right beside the Rolling Stones and Hendrix exhibit. Everything packed into a lovely little corner! The Women Who Rock exhibit was cool too. They'll have to clean up well tonight, I think I drooled over everything
