Story Behind Cloud Nine Era Publicity Photo in New Music Photography Doc Greatest Hits  | Fab Forum | The Beatles Bible

I’m reaching out today regarding a new film project entitled Greatest Hits. Greatest Hits is a photo exhibition and documentary centered on the work of photographer Chris Cuffaro. Over Chris’ 40 year career he has shot some of the biggest names in music including George Harrison . The exhibition celebrates the last 30 years of Chris’ career and our documentary will cover the process of putting together the exhibition and tell the stories behind some of the photos.

Attached is one of Chris’ photos of George Harrison from the Greatest Hits exhibition. This photo was taken in 1986 in Los Angeles, California for a cover story for Musician magazine. It was part of the publicity for Cloud Nine and included in the documentary will be Chris’ story of shooting this photo and getting to be one of the first people to hear Cloud Nine .

In order to make this documentary happen we have partnered with the crowdfunding website Seed&Spark. We are currently trying to raise $150,000 to cover the costs of the documentary.
