Thanks BB for finding the time! Georgemas wouldn’t be complete without a tune from you. I’m still blown away at all the different locations you find to play in.
Btw – your version of Walls really moved me. I’ve been in a bit of denial about Tom and his current whereabouts. It was sooooo nice to meet up down by the seashore. so big

hahaha – I do occasionally impress myself with my ability to squeeze fitting locations out of different angles of my yard, especially during this unglamorous time of year
Don’t get me wrong, sometimes I’ll go places where they’re just really beautiful and demand to be used as a good location (I love visiting beautiful places, it is one of my chief pastimes), but fitting locations to songs is always my priority and I don’t necessarily need to go somewhere to make it happen.
aIn re: this specific cover, the weather absolutely helped me out there

That was one light spot of an otherwise dismal trip so I am very glad to hear it brought you comfort and joy

Both of these fit your voice really well! Nice work. One thing if you dont mind me saying, the Junk guitar part has a really intuitive descending line played on the A position on the second fret that’s worth learning if you can find the tab. It will be a bit easier to play cleanly and will match the song a little better. Regardless your arrangement sounds very nice and you did a good job with it. Beautiful guitar. How long have you had it?

Thanks for the critique! I’ll take a look at it… (with my ears…) and try to learn it if I can. This may mean a re-recording is in order because I am perfectionist.
If you muddle through the video description, which I wrote very late at night when I was sleepy and verbose, you may see that it’s not my guitar. At the time my friend and I were staying with her cousin in New York City, and her cousin had this old guitar which she no longer played, so she was giving it to my friend because my friend’s dad plays guitar, and I was allowed to borrow it while we were there.
Here’s some moar beatlz
just recorded this impulsively late at night when I realized I was done being sick enough that I could sing again after like 2 weeks of having lost my voice
for Macca’s birthday, and also Father’s Day, because my dad used to sing this to me as a lullaby when I was baby

Thanks BB, those were nice songs to enjoy on this special day. Doughton Park looks awesome. I like that your phone appears to be recording from inside the billowing grasses.
