I love the sky in the background. All Things Must Pass is a very overcast day type of album to me.
I agree wholeheartedly. I was planning on playing that song at some point anyway, and when I saw it was overcast I knew I had to jump on it!
Now it’s Macca Monday and also my granddad’s birthday, so I chose to record a song from the year of the 20th century that corresponds with his age… this slice of mystical cosmic perfection.

Thanks beatlebug, I enjoy backyard tales . When I bought my property there were 8 mature trees, but over the years I have had to replace them with smaller ones. I once had a hammock strung between 2 almond trees which was peaceful, especially in the spring when they were in bloom. Beware Of Darkness is as pertinent and heartfelt as when it was first released in 1970 (another pain filled year). Your performance was the first I’ve heard since I became aware of weeping atlas cedars (it only took 50 years). I cannot remember what words I had substituted, but now it feels like hope (They just want to grow, grow and grow).

Ahhh I’m late cuz I was busy today but finally here’s my VOORMANNATIONS
God I love drawing sorta in his style (or one of his styles… it goes on a sliding scale from highly stylised to photorealistic and we s t a n a versatile KING) so much
As we can sees he’s heavily tangled up — bass-wise, pencil-wise, and hair-wise — with the Beatles story and that of their post-Beatles careers, and also Eric Clapton is mooching around somewhere and some extra sexi Exis.

Love it, great cover of a great song! I could definitely try to do the french horn bit if you wanted but I’m probably pretty rusty!

Oh my goodness, he’s GORGEOUS! I love it, Bebu! Is that his painted bass I see peeking out from behind?
For No One is really neat, too. I never really considered before that the piano/clavichord could be substituted for guitar.

I got the idea from this rendition by Paul (his French horn impression is better than mine ).

I agree with your YT fans regarding Starman. As they say, out of this world. You seem so happy performing it and your vest is totally FAB. One question, where does the ladder go? I might start leaving some YT comments too- as long as you don’t mind sb communing with your followers My longtime YT name is mindmeld24 .

Haha, thank you so much, @sigh butterfly! “Starman” definitely my personal favorite to perform, it suits me well I think. The ladder goes over the hills and far away up to my loft bed.
I’d Have You Anytime , I don’t know why you’d ask. I don’t even have my videos set to “hold potentially inappropriate comments for review,” I want them ALL
And, as promised, here’s “Little Lamb Dragonfly“

Wow, a loft bed is so bohemian! In fact everything about you seems very counter culture, like you’re coming to us from the 1960s. I can picture you with guitar slung over your shoulder hitchhiking to Greenwich Village. Re my comment, I didn’t notice any BB forum members leaving comments on YT, so I wasn’t sure if you wanted any “mixing”. I’ll feel fancy free to comment away . For now, on to a little Dragonfly

Dang I’ve always dreamed of having a loft bed– anything place to further seclude myself from the world. I’m quite envious of the look of your room in general– it has a ~personality~ with its posters and a certain feng shui.
Also, your videos seem to always have the most wonderful angles and backdrops and cinematography in general

Haha, thanks It wasn’t a fern but rather an arrangement of some branches and vines in a jug of water.

Haha, that’s cool! There’s definitely a hippie out of time somewhere inside me, which comes out on my musical/arts side. I don’t think I’d be happy in Greenwich Village though – I need a “home in the Heart Of The Country “. I’m also not sure if I’d want to be “counter culture” – I’d rather do my own thing, whether it’s what culture is up to or not.
I think @Getbackintheussr appeared in some of my comments sections, but her YouTube name isn’t the same as her BB name so I’m guessing…

Awww thank you so much! I’m very fond of my bed (which I really need to be going to now ) and my room. We’ve always worked very hard to make it a rather magical place, and although it’s grown with me over the years, I think it’s always kept that.
Of course I’ve very specifically arranged the parts that you can see, I do try very hard to make my backgrounds look nice. The rest of my room is perpetually in a bit of a shambles (and loads of my kidsister’s junk), but it certainly doesn’t lack personality either
anyway, stay tuned . . . . . . .

@QuarryMan’s favorite Beatles song is, I think, a very appropriate song with which to commemorate the fiftieth anniversary of an album that ended one chapter and propelled the four individual members forward into a new chapter.

Beatlebug, sigh butterflyI've been up on the mountain, and I've seen his wondrous grace,
I've sat there on the barstool and I've looked him in the face.
He seemed a little haggard, but it did not slow him down,
he was humming to the neon of the universal sound.

I do, don’t I?
Glad you enjoyed it… I hate the way I sound (like John – SLATHER IT WITH KETCHUP!)*, but I thought everyone who is not me would appreciate it. I could have done an accent impression too, but I thought that would more likely than not be fake and cringe.
*It’s taken me a long time to make peace with hearing my singing voice, recorded (and also I’ve gotten better); I still hate my speaking voice, recorded, because I’m not in the habit of hearing it and so I haven’t had the opportunity to get used to it.

That’s funny @Beatlebug . If you remember way back when, the first time I heard your voice I thought I was being spoofed by Dhanni.
