Oh dear God it’s back.
If it’s so bad and you dont think anyone on here would want to buy it why on earth are you promoting it and giving us a link to where to buy it from?
Its not official, it’s not worth the money, its not listenable and it’s not fitting of the Beatles name. On the otherhand it’s utter utter s***e.
Give me the Glee covers.
P.S. To whoever made the video – the Beatles, and nearly all humans, have necks.

So why post the link to amazon? And no offence but with your very first post sticking up the vid with a link to purchase will only make folk think you are advertising something.
Apologies if you are a newbie with no interest in the product but the last time this came up it was forced upon us and when folks said it was awful we were told it was our fault and to buy it so we could learn to appreciate it.

Its also in the Pimp Your Stuff thread – wait it might have been moved.
Again apologies if you are not hawking this. Certainly others here will make you more than welcome here than my first post, its certainly not my desire to get folks off here and I am a lone voice, not speaking for the site.

If you take a look out of the window on your left, you’ll see a salesman selling tat. If you take a look out of the window on your right, you’ll see the tat selling salesman has been moved to where tat sellers belong.
Sorry not to give you a huge and hearty welcome, PaulSaxton. Crap bugs me however. You’ll lucky I haven’t just deleted you. I leave that to our Administrator.

Just in case anyone wants to read the other thread for this remix (and I cannot believe there is one never mind two) here it is, all three pages.

Except it’s not new, it’s been banging around for months. The easiest way to try and sneak it back onto the site, knowing how it has previously been received, would be to act as if you disapproved of it. If I disapproved of something, I would not be suggesting to my fellow forum members that they spend money to discover if they found it as “excruciating” as me. Especially as a first post.
So, you’ll forgive me, but I believe you are promoting this rubbish, and that you know full well its history on this site. I apologise if I am wrong but, hey-ho, as these dreadful remixes prove, crap happens…

Nice to see im not a lone voice.
Since we are on about remixes etc here is Glass Onion , once said to be an outtake now known to be a bootleggers creation. Personally I think its brilliant.

You are utterly and completely wrong. And I’d be grateful for an apology. I saw that EP listed in the ‘suggestions’ section on Amazon as I was looking to see whether there was a vinyl copy of the new BBC LP available. A quick look on YouTube and there, for me, was something new and horrific. I assumed that not many people had seen it due to the absence of comments on the YouTube page.
Joe wouldn’t let me post my first post here because he thought I was promoting my website (an occasional blog where I write about songs I love) – it was my assessment of What You’re Doing. I posted it because not only was it relevant to today’s Song of the Day but because it laid out my love for the Beatles. I thought it’d make for a nice introduction to me as a new member. Rather than linking to it again, I’ll cut and paste it below, if you’re interested.
You can, by the way look me up any time you like – my name here is my real name. You’ll see that I’m just an ordinary bloke with nothing to promote.

I’m afraid I can’t apologise, especially knowing that, by your own admission, you have had a previous run-in with Joe for making a post that he had issues with, that you have tried sneaking back onto the forum by cutting and pasting it into your last post.

Joe said he removed the post because it contained a link to my blog (which about three people look at). Which is why this time around I didn’t include the link to the blog. I don’t see how my including the content (a review of What You’re Doing ) warrants it being barred. Any chance of an explanation?

Perhaps “run-in” was the wrong phrase. However, if you say Joe had a problem with it previously and would not allow it, I am going to take that as Joe’s response and not allow it either. You say that it was because it linked to your blog, I find that hard to understand as there are people here who will sometimes link to their blogs, and there are others who include links to their websites in their signatures. There has been no problem with those.
I ask you to consider how it looks when you make a first post that, any way you choose to look at it, was promoting the sale of something. If you were looking to have your opinion backed up that these remixes are dreadful, you could have linked to the free YouTube videos you watched. Instead you direct us to where they be bought on Amazon and tell us how much they cost.
It may be that you just didn’t think through what you were doing, but I am sure that if you think it through, you can see how it looks.
We like to welcome new people here, and I would merely ask that you consider what you choose to post more carefully.

Well that escalated quickly.
Everyone, please be welcoming to new members. People can post links to horrible stuff without instantly being accused of running some counter-intuitive public relations campaign. Although including that Amazon link did look a bit suspect.
Give people the benefit of the doubt. Yes, we get people pretending to have just discovered some great new product! that they just so happen to be connected to, but you can’t accuse someone of that without proof. I can check people’s IP and email addresses. If you don’t have any proof, just a hunch, please don’t run with it. Report it and I’ll take a look. Honestly, one way to discourage people from sharing things is if wild accusations of spamming get thrown around all the time.
I didn’t approve a comment on the What You’re Doing page, for reasons I explained in private. That’s not a reason to remove it here. Mja, slow down a bit. Don’t let power go to your head. The forum is an open place.

That music video is mesmerizingly bad. So apparently these two producers de-aged/brought back to life the four Bealtes and forced Paul McCartney to learn to play right handed.
After that, they made Ringo completely change his original drum beat. Poor boy looks so exhausted, probably kept him at it for a long time. Then all for of them had to play at some random club.
Either they brought Brian back to life and completely changed up his style or they got them a new manager. Brian/new manager is easily swayed by some two randos to play in some valley. The worst part is during their private concert, they run off away from the stage in the middle of it leaving the Beatles preforming For No One .
I hope they can escape from this forced reunion. Then John and George can enjoy being alive again and hang out with their widowed wives.
