As the Beatles Bible Band is a long-term project dedicated to the White Album , I thought it would be best to link my non-White Album basslines here. I’m starting with the ones I tend to practice anyway and might move on to lesser-tried ones later. Doing the whole White Album was a good challenge, I’d never even played half of the basslines on it, and fortunately it wasn’t too bad.
But for now I’ll pimp some Sgt Peppers lines first. These files are saved as flacs to save bandwidth and hard-drive space, and I generally have the track in some form on the left channel and my bass on the right, adjusted for mono, which I do in Audacity. I’m trying to avoid any effects for these ones, it’s the bass plugged straight into a steinberg ur22 which outputs to my laptop. Here’s the first two:

Feel free to use these in your own projects if you wish, I would appreciate some acknowledgement if you do!
