Looks like I may be the oldest female. On the day I was born, “From Me To You ” was #1 on the UK charts and The Beatles played The Rink Ballroom in Sunderland. (I'm still hunting for a poster… please let me know if you ever find one, British Beatlers.) Julian was about 6 weeks old and John and Brian had just returned from Spain. [wink, wink, nudge, nudge]

I'm 46. And proud.

Happy Birthday , Peter Weatherby!

I've been thinking about this over the weekend. I'm truly glad that we've got such a range of people contributing to the forum, and long may it continue.

However, it's worth pointing out that strong language and the occasional Two Virgins photo may get posted (the main part of the site has strong language where I've quoted members of the band). I generally don't like censorship, and people here don't seem to use bad language unnecessarily, but if it's appropriate then swearing, nudity and drug discussions etc may feature here.

If you're a parent and your children are using the site, we're trying to create a nice place to visit, but it's not aimed at children per se. However, it's not like some of those really rude sites I'm told you can find on the web Wink

Phew, thanks for letting me get that out of the way! Now carry on and ignore me…

iCaramba – those posters go for $thousands. Nobody thought to keep and look after them at the time. Good luck in finding one, though – I'm sure something will turn up eventually.

Can buy me love! Please consider supporting the Beatles Bible on Amazon
Or buy my paperback/ebook! Riding So High – The Beatles and Drugs

Don't miss The Bowie Bible – now live!

A good point Joe, but the young ones on here seem extremely sensible and mature to me. And as you quite correctly say, if you want to go looking for something it isn't hard to find.

And I actually can't recall anyone using bad language in a post unless its for a quote.

No fire brigade was necessary.  I'm saving that for Thursday, when I'll be going to my evening class, and I'll be needing them to help me get my head out of railings.

And seventeen here… 3rd youngest? Do I get the bronze medal? It’s nice to see a general mix of listeners, there’s both on the higher and lower end of the scale.

I’m 17 too. Who’s younger? 21 September 1992 my birthday is.

From what I can tell, there seems to be more younger listeners in the UK and USA than in Australia. I’ve been converting my friends to The Beatles – it’s a small but mostly successful crusade. At school (before I finished at the end of 2009) I was labelled as the boy who liked The Beatles and I think that helped increase other kid’s awareness of the band.

April 29th so you are younger than me. I’ve also been on this same crusade. It’s fun!

Ok I’m 40.. and I  already I had my middle age crisis, I think it lasted like… 10 minutes. So I’m very happy with my age 🙂

I was born on April 3th 1970.  So no, I don’t want to know what the Beatles were doing by then thank you very much…

But the coincidence related with my birthday I want to think instead is this : John Lennon was born on October 9th, my Mom was born on October 10th. Julian Lennon was born on April 9th, I was born on April 3th.

Ok before you say something shut up…. this is WAY better than being born 7 days after the Beatles broke up.

In the other hand… At least I lived under their reign for 7 days….a-hard-days-night-ringo-4

Here comes the sun….. Scoobie-doobie……

I guess I’m comfortably in the middle, then, aren’t I?  I’ll be 31 tomorrow.

So far, the most exciting Beatles-in-history fact for my birthday is that Paul and Ringo went to India on that day.

It’ll have to do.  🙂

Feliz Cumpleaños Peter!!

It’s great to see so many young people on here, it means that not all of the teenage population has a Hannah Montana obsession! I’m 22 myself, with my birthday being one day after some Harrison guy.

Hi, name’s Henry Horse, born 17 February 1967. My father was Mr. Kite, and he died of cancer the day I was born. Pablo Fanque was at the funeral. Insert odd noises here. a-hard-days-night-paul-7
