And you're still saying that Maleficent is misunderstood?
… well imagine that you have a nephew that tells you KW is right….. I mean I couldn't help to turn into a dragon!!
And now my nephew says he was kidding. I just don't believe him at all. All this time giving him nurturing him with the Beatles and this is what I get..
You don`t kid with the Beatles and the talent they had
and who could be happy John is dead? One thing is not liking the music he made but being happy with someone dead is really wrong
John, Paul, George and Ringo= The Beatles

I adore Coldplay. But this infuriates me.
Look at what someone said about it:
“Here’s a test: if you were to ask 10 people on the street to name five Coldplay songs, about three in 100 could do it. However, if you were to ask those same 10 people to name five Beatles songs they would rattle them off faster than Eminem can diss his mom. And by the way Kanye, if you want complete silence, ask them to name five of your songs.”
HAAAAA
kanye, you so dumb. for real.

Kanye had the most awesome and memorable diss on Taylor Swift.
And I applaud him for that. Beyonce` did deserve it, not Swifty.
He is a douche with crop circles on his head, though. Remember when he announced on television, “George Bush doesn't like black people!” ?
I'm not surprised he said this. Everything that comes out of his mouth is simple mental diahhrea.
Thursday night your stockings needed mending.
I quite like some of his earlier music though. Gold Digger was probably my song of the year for whatever year it came out in. Nothing he's done recently seems to have been any good, mind.
He seems to have distanced himself from the George Bush comment recently. Also, his media advisor quit after just three days of trying to keep him in control. There's a job and a half.

Though he often talks out of his bottom, have any of you guys actually heard Kanye's new album? It's fantastic.
I now refuse to listen to any of his music
Can't you just forgive one stupid comment?
You all will have read that Dave Dee is no longer with us. But Mickey and Titch and I would like to carry on the good work that's always gone down in number two.

Some people will or might say that. People with brains and taste won't care.
It's more likely that the only people listening to Coldplay in thirty years will be the former members of Coldplay, trying to impress their grandchildren.
I work on a college campus and pay enough attention to trends among young people to know that the Beatles pick up new fans every year and also know that Coldplay is basically irrelevant in 2010.
Or, to put it another way, this is just another example of KW talking s**t and the media eating it up.

You're kidding, right?
Even though I don't know who this “Kanye” character is, I now hate him with a passion because of his aforementioned comment which I will not repeat because it violates my codes of everything, if that makes any sense.

I have, and I do not think it is so fantastic. Talking to a beat in my opinion is strange and the songs have too much cussing and sexual content for me. When did music lose all moral values?

The only comfort is in knowing that 30 years from now no one will remember who Kanye West was.
I wish there was a “like” button on this forum.
Yes, exactly. The 30 years thing is very true.

I can imagine that a lot of people who like the Beatles don't enjoy Hip Hop. But if your a fan of Hip Hop, like myself, Kanye's album is one to be appreciated. Though I admit a lot of the swears and sexual stuff is unnecessary, it's just ignorant to pretend that this hasn't existed in music for years.

I keep reading the raves about Kanye's album, making me curious and want to check it out, until I remember that the last time I bought a hiphop masterpiece based on critical raves (OutKast's “Aquemini”, 5-6 years ago), I never played the thing more than a half-dozen times total. I found it more “impressive” than enjoyable. And I'm sure I'd react to Kanye's album the same way.
GEORGE: In fact, The Detroit Sound. JOHN: In fact, yes. GEORGE: In fact, yeah. Tamla-Motown artists are our favorites. The Miracles. JOHN: We like Marvin Gaye. GEORGE: The Impressions PAUL & GEORGE: Mary Wells. GEORGE: The Exciters. RINGO: Chuck Jackson. JOHN: To name but eighty.

Kanye has produced some good music in his time in the industry, but comparing Chris Martin to John Lennon is absurd i mean cmon. First off he never worked with Lennon as mentioned in an earlier post and the record sales, enduring popularity, and quality of music cant compare with The Beatles. Kanye says stuff he knows will get him press and attention, talkin out of his rear end as usual.

Trust me, I believe what he said about Coldplay is complete arse. Coldplay are just…awful.
