These past few weeks I have spent a lot of time with my three year old cousin, Ella. She started listening to the children cd of Beatles music. I showed her yellow submarine movie and soundtrack. Ella is already learning which Beatle is which! So. Have you introduced any of your family members into the Beatles?

Ella is going to be really cool when she's older. Heck, she's cool now!
I haven't really… I am trying to teach this little boy I babysit the “And I Love Her ” solo on his little guitar, and he's actually really great at it! My family, though, will never be as enthusiastic as I am when it comes to the Beatles. My dad introduced them to me when I was a little 'un and my obsession grew and grew from there. He knows many songs, but he can never name what album they're from. I often try to sneak my speakers to the dining table to show my whole family how great they are, and they appreciate the music sometimes, but they never actually really listen. It's sad, really. But anyways, I don't think I'll keep trying to convert them to Beatlemania. I rather enjoy having my own little obsession that no one else can touch. I'd introduce them to my friends, maybe. I've just given up on my family.
I'm in love, but I'm lazy.

That's cool! I didn't have to do that with my nephews because my sisters are Beatles fans.
But I did that by accident with my nephew Rene, he's a 3 year old special kid, he can't see or talk, and he has some epileptic problems. But he loves music, we can't play him that much because doctors say it makes him feel overexcited and that's bad for him, he needs to be as calm down as possible.
Anyway, a few weeks ago my sister asked me to hold him while she was doing something in the kitchen. I was listening to Love to you and I turned the volume down a bit, when Rene moved his head towards the speakers. I turned up again and he was quiet, listening. All of sudden he started making his “uh uh” noise, that means he likes something. So I played him then some random Beatles songs and he was very very quiet listening. Later I played Yellow Submarine and I danced with him and he started to laugh. So every other day I play him at least 5 or 6 Beatles songs. I don't know why but he seems to like George's songs with Indian influence a lot and The White Album . Go figure.
BTW Has Ella asked “Why did Ringo push the button??”
Madi : Your sister is awesome!! And you're very beautiful!! I saw a video of yours in youtube.com, you're quite lovely!!!!!! 🙂

I love the kid to death. She actually ran into my room one day and asked me if I could write something for her. I got out a piece of paper and ended up writing what she told me to, something to the effect of
'Dear John Lennon , you probably don't know me but my name is Mara and I am six years old. I really love your music and so do my sisters. I really wish I could meet you, but Madi says you're really hard to talk to because you're so far away. I get sad, but It's alright because you make m happy anyways. Love, Mara Enbom.'
She wanted me to send it to him. I told her it was hard because he was in Heaven, and she looked totally confident when she ran into her room, handed me a balloon from her party, and asked me to tie the letter to it.
I wanted to cry as I watched her let it go outside. We sat there watching it float away for about 10 minutes and Mara says that John replies to her letters when she dreams at night. She's such an intellectual child, I wish my mind was as beautiful as hers.
Oh, and thanks ^^ I hope the video you saw was recent, hahaha!
