Here’s a game which will provide hours* of entertainment. The idea is to explain the first lines of a song as a brief synopsis, without using any of the lyrics. Whoever guesses correctly needs to provide another synopsis.
Here’s your starter for ten. It should be easy:
Between the hours of dusk and dawn a young gentleman attempts to resolve, what he percieves is, his partner’s lack of effort. Our self-styled Cassanova is confident in his ability to satisfy his partner and suggests that she replicates his methods.
*Satisfaction (not) guranteed.

I think it’s Strawberry Fields Forever .
“Let me take you down
‘Cause I’m going to Strawberry Fields
Nothing is real
And nothing to get hung about”
This is a great game idea, @Tony Japanese, thank you. I think it might be preferable to allow lines from any part of the song (rather than just the first lines of the song); that would give increased scope and make the game trickier.
And in the end
The love you take is equal to the love you make

That somewhat sounds like She Said She Said ?
She said I know what it’s like to be dead | I know what it is to be sad | because you’re making me feel like I’ve never been born

No, that’s not the song I have in mind.
* A discussion has taken place regarding gaps that separate entities, and some who choose concealment from reality.

I’m not sure what gaps that separate entities are, but I think the discussion and concealment from reality might be “you say you’ve seen seven wonders and your bird is green but you can’t see me”

And the people who hide themselves behind a wall of illusion”
