3 songs covered by solo Beatles (excluding songs from John’s Rock and Roll and Paul’s Choba B CCCP)

1. True Love (George Harrison, Thirty Three & 1/3, 1976, originally by Cole Porter, 1956)

2. Come Together (John Lennon, Live In New York City, 1986, originally by The Beatles, 1969)

3. No Other Baby (Paul McCartney, Run Devil Run, 1999, originally by The Vipers, 1958)

4. If Not For You (George Harrison , All Things Must Pass , 1970, originally by Bob Dylan, 1970)

I agree with Ron about #2 but will let someone with more authority decide whether to eliminate it.

I think it should be up to SgtPeppersBulldog whether or not Beatles songs covered by solo Beatles are allowed, I personally think they should be, but I think we should ask the creator himself.

For now, I hope this counts:

1. True Love (George Harrison, Thirty Three & 1/3, 1976, originally by Cole Porter, 1956)

2. No Other Baby (Paul McCartney, Run Devil Run, 1999, originally by The Vipers, 1958)

3. If Not For You (George Harrison, All Things Must Pass, 1970, originally by Bob Dylan, 1970)

4. Dizzy Miss Lizzy (John Lennon , Live Peace In Toronto , 1969, originally by Larry Williams, 1958, made famous by The Beatles, 1965)

If you're reading this, you are looking for something to do.

I originally intended for it to be songs by other artists covered by solo Beatles. I’ll let that last one pass, but from now on, it must be songs originally by someone else.

Are we allowed to put down songs like Money (That’s What I Want) or Long Tall Sally where although The Beatles covered it, they weren’t the original performers. If we can’t, then I will replace 7 with something else.

13 songs covered by solo Beatles (excluding songs from John’s Rock and Roll and Paul’s Choba B CCCP, as well as (for 7 onwards) songs originally recorded by The Beatles themselves)

1. True Love (George Harrison, Thirty Three & 1/3, 1976, originally by Cole Porter, 1956)

2. Come Together (John Lennon, Live In New York City, 1986, originally by The Beatles, 1969)

6. Dizzy Miss Lizzy (John Lennon, Live Peace In Toronto, 1969, originally by Larry Williams, 1958, made famous by The Beatles, 1965)

7. Hound Dog (John Lennon , Live In New York City , 1986, originally by Big Mama Thorton, 1953, made famous by Elvis Presley, 1956)

I’ll allow ‘made famous by The Beatles, 196x’ posts as long as a solo Beatle covered the same song again later.
