*Not the right place for a discussion but its the out of touch previous pre-war generation parents who say “fun is the one thing money can’t buy”. I can easily see Mimi saying to John he doesn’t need money to have fun; many people from that generation will still say that back in their day they were able to enjoy themselves with only their own imagination.
