Favourite seafood? Not sure. Probably tuna but i do like haddock if its battered and from a chip shop and cod is ok. Not willing to eat prawns, shrimps, cockles etc.
Century to time travel to? I’d probably go far into the future as whats the point in going to see what has already been (if it cant be Beatles anyway) and i’d rather see what happen well after i have died and where humanity and technology takes us. Lets take a jump and go 500 years ahead which makes it the 26th Century.

Offline This is a hard one, but I’ll go with Long, Long, Long . It took some time to grow on me, but now It’s one of my favourites. Though, Happiness Is A Warm Gun , While My Guitar Gently Weeps and Piggies are very close (yeah, I also like Piggies , but not as much as someone).

Offline I never walk under a ladder, but I think in my case it’s more about common sense than superstition.

Which brings me to this question: should we close the Candid Questions thread and use just this one? People are asking Candid Question types of questions in this thread. Also, just as in the Candid Questions thread, people are answering the questions they choose to answer, no matter if they were the most recent question put forth in the game. If someone wants to answer a previously asked question, that should be okay as long as they end their post with a reminder that someone still needs to answer the most recent question. Also, many times people have an answer, but they can’t think of a question. They will just know that if they don’t ask a question, AD40 may come along and ask one like “If Paul came from the planet Zeryhut, that means he has how many fingers and toes?” to keep the conversation going. You are warned.

^ No way! If anything this thread should be locked and every one should use the Candid thread since that one doesn’t have rules that people can’t seem to follow so we should stick with that thread and lock this one.

Offline That gets at the jist of what I am talking about. If we do that, should we rename that thread? I want people to be feel free to ask non-candid questions also like they do in this thread. The OP in this thread started it off with “what is your favorite album?” If people see the term “candid” in the title, it might put them off from participating.
To restate: I think it would be best for the forum to have just one Q&A thread that 1. follows the rules that are like the Candid Questions thread 2. but has a title like this one.
If we decide to keep this one, I can edit post one of the thread to put in the statements of what type of quesions are okay for the thread and how the game is played.

(I’m open to other title suggestions.)
I’m thinking we could roll the “Choosing between two things” concept into this mega Q&A thread also.
I could make the first post say that this thread is a combination of various older threads and lay out the guidelines.
Is there another Q&A thread I missed that could be added into this new mixed thread?

Offline I’m against the “Choosing Between Two Things” thread being merged myself. It’s a very different type of thread. I can’t see the “Two Things” being anything but lost in a thread that asks straight questions.
