Maybe Savoy Truffle ? (The sweat is going to fill your head)
*Edit: My kid just reminded me of how this movie ends. Same song, but I think the lyric “You know that what you eat you are” fits better.

Thank you for your post, Ron. Maybe the rules should be modified slightly as it seems a bit paradoxical that it would have been all right to give the hint after just one wrong guess in this case, but not acceptable to wait and see if the second guess was heading in the appropriate direction beforehand? I’m happy with a little flexibility in this context. I appreciate that you are being respectful of the rules as they currently stand. Also on the subject of the game rules, there was a discussion in this thread recently about whether it may be preferable to use the following list of albums for song selection:
Please Please Me
With The Beatles
A Hard Day’s Night
Beatles For Sale
Help !
Rubber Soul
Revolver
Sgt Pepper ‘s Lonely Hearts Club Band
The Beatles (White Album )
Yellow Submarine
Abbey Road
Let It BeAlso:

I don’t really mind it as long as the “general” source is revealed after a few guesses. Otherwise the assumption is that it is from one of the albums listed and doubtful anyone is going to guess it.

This is a hard one. Using the newly-released session songs may put off some people from playing the game. However, most people who play the game are hardcore fans who will probably know about these releases. I’d say for now, let’s stick to the list in the spoilers. If we all agree, I can add the list to post 1 of the thread.

I think a huge pool of over 1000 new ‘songs and fragments’ might make the game entirely different and much harder, myself.

I think by going into the mire of the ‘Get Back ‘ sessions you’re putting off newbies and casual players whilst taking the game into at times almost impossible realms of deduction. The GB sessions are filled with deliberate lyric errors and changes from established Beatles, solo and cover tracks, in-jokes, half-cocked ideas from numerous people that were riffed for 30 seconds before discarded and random rehearsals/jams. It’s a minefield.
There are something like 300 released Beatles tracks to chose from if utilising the BBC, Anthology and [maybe] Deluxe albums, surely that is a big enough pool.
Songs like God Save The Queen (‘Get Back – The Rooftop Performance’ album) come into contention now. The point about potentially putting off newbies and casual players is concerning. I can see reasoning both ways but, on balance, I think it may be wise now to select songs from that list of 20 albums.
RN, what is your opinion on this subject, please?
Sorry not to get to this sooner, @Richard, lots of computer time is spent trying to save stuff that’s on a dying external hard-drive at the moment.
I’m happy with there not being hints before wrong answer #5 unless the game has stalled for 48 hours. I’d have no problem with a hint being given after no answers have been given 48 hours after a new picture has been posted. The important thing in the case of a stall is not when the hint is given but that it’s given as a part of the stall, and we’ve chosen to define a stall as 48 hours. As soon as the stall is broken, the clock starts ticking again.
Otherwise there is no point to the rule not to have hints before the 5th wrong guess apart from in the case of a 48 hour stall, and it was bought in because it was felt hints and clues were being given too early. You can’t fudge it, there’s either a rule or not, otherwise it creates confusion about when exceptions are allowed.
On what can be allowed as sources to take from, I pretty much agree with your list (though with the Deluxe editions added). I think at the time Suzy Parker was included one of the main arguments was that it was in the Let It Be film, and we were trying to find new stuff that could be included. At the time it was one of the few extra sources that could be included. Get Back throws that up in the air as it adds so much, making it difficult to justify film audio’s inclusion.
The canon albums as listed (with Deluxe editions added as they are released), along with the extras you list, along with the Sheridan recordings, the Decca Audition, and the Star Club (all of which have been, or are, legally available), and the Fly on the Wall bonus disc on Let It Be … Naked.
Ultimately though decisions on these things lie with @Ahhh Girl as the game’s creator, I offer my opinion but she (who must be obeyed) decides.

Thank you for your reply, @Ron Nasty; and I hope you can save everything that’s important from the hard-drive.
Regarding the rules about hints, personally I don’t mind a little flexibility from the puzzle-setter at times, but that would be quite difficult to frame into specific rules, so I’m OK with the current stipulations. It’s usually appropriate that hints and clues are not given at an early stage anyway: it allows time for players to think about different possible ‘angles’ of the puzzle image.
In view of your comments and the earlier ones (shown in the spoiler above) from sigh butterfly, Ahhh Girl, vonbontee and meanmistermustard, it would seem to make sense now to choose the songs from those listed albums including Deluxe versions.
Of course, I agree with you that this is ultimately the decision of the creator of this great game: @Ahhh Girl, if you’re still happy to make this change, would you add the album list to the start of the thread, please?

It’s the weekend! Nice 75d weather today with a little breeze, so heading for a hike through a redwood forest.
SW, I copied the movie scene in question to the spoiler. I am stumped but plan on listening to AB on the drive to the trail. Warning: if you don’t appreciate zombie-like activities you probably should skip this one.

Image suggests “It’s All Too Much ” to me or some reason, and the beams of sunlight around the heart could in fact represent “love that’s shining all around you…”, so I’mma gonna guess that one.
