It sure could be, @Richard.
The 64 box of Crayola crayons turned 64 this year.

Happy Sunday guessers!!
Hmmm, a riddle
This looks like an artists concept painting of a canal in Amsterdam. I recall that Ringo was too ill to tour and was replaced on the Dutch Tour by Jimmy Nicol. The only song I can think of that fits is I’ll Be Back , which I believe was the last song recorded before Ringo’s illness.
mmm, any of this relevant?

Hmmm, ok I think I’m on the wrong track then (thoughts in spoiler). So perhaps Fixing A Hole (I’m painting the room in a colourful way)
I was thinking your comment “one not quite right” was a reference to Only A Northern Song . This lyric (You may think the band are not quite right) fits with my now debunked Dutch Tour theory.

No (x6)
Hint 1: This is one of those riddles in a riddle things.
Hint 2: Not right yet but one guess was one step away from the answer.

With A Little Help From My Friends
In the picture, it looks like there may be a person in the water – needing a little help.
On the Sgt. Pepper album, this song is positioned just before (one step away from) one of the previous guesses, Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds

Sorry folks. Busy on holiday enjoying the sunshine whilst avoiding the heat.
I’m not going to be around much the next few days, for one due to travelling back home on an uncertain date due to the warnings not to travel.
My advice would be to skip this for now and someone to take up the next round. If everyone is happy with that I’ll post the answer at some point.

Spread the word and be like me
Spread the word I’m thinking of
Have you heard the word is love?
