I’m a little stumped on this one. To get the guessing rolling, I’ll try Come Together .
…is a game played with 6 dice.

That’s interesting, sb. I had never heard of the Holy Roller dice game before.
Great suggestion, but not the song I have in mind.
No:
Come Together

After a bit of research, I learned that a looking glass is an object whose surface reflects an image. So I’ll try Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds (plasticine porters with looking glass ties). An additional connection, the rock group Marmalade’s biggest hit was called Reflections.

I think I see the important detail, but I can’t figure out what it’s pointing to
the dice on the end has two six faces

Yes, that’s the appropriate detail, @meaigs. Well done!
After two more guesses, I’ll give a stronger clue to the specific song I have in mind.

I think I’m finally looking in the right direction (thanks to meaigs & Rich). However I believe it’s against the rules (for good reason) to make 2 guesses in a row. I don’t think anyone will mind me saying my first guess is pretty ironic…
You and I have memories

OK, I wouldn’t have noticed that non-regulation die until meaigs pointed it out, so I deserve little credit if this guess is correct: is it “Baby, It’s You?” (CHEAT! CHEAT!)

It’s Friday!! I think VB may have it but possibly the clue goes a little deeper. If you look at the last dice the number 6 appears 3X, which in Christianity is the mark of the beast. So how about Within You Without You (And the people who gain the world and lose their soul).

Yes, ‘looking glass’ is a kind of old-fashioned synonym for ‘mirror’.
John Lennon enjoyed the books by Lewis Carroll, particularly Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland (1865) and its sequel Through the Looking-Glass, and What Alice Found There (1871), which provided some inspiration for I Am The Walrus and Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds .
