That’s quite a close guess in some respects, but:
No (x2):
Penny Lane
Cry For A Shadow
Clues:
1. It’s a momentous song from the early days when John, Paul and George got together.
2. Focus on one particular area of the city shown in the picture.
And in the end
The love you take is equal to the love you make

Yes, Raunchy, which is one of the five songs played by Paul, George and Ringo in June 1994 that were released on the Anthology Special Features DVD.
Well done, @thewhale222! Over to you for the next round.
Later edit:
To be precise, the Anthology performance of Raunchy in June 1994 is credited as “Paul McCartney , George Harrison , Ringo Starr ” rather than “The Beatles”. I think that’s entirely appropriate, even though Paul, George and Ringo (without John) had already been credited as “The Beatles” on several previous recordings, such as:
Love You To ; The Inner Light ; Savoy Truffle ; Long, Long, Long ; Here Comes The Sun ; Golden Slumbers ; Carry That Weight and I Me Mine .
John had a choice in those cases, whereas regrettably he had no choice in 1994.
