Okay, exactly one more guess to go.
Here are the clues again:
It’s a pre Rubber Soul song and neither George nor Ringo sing lead vocals
It’ s also a post With The Beatles track and the word ‘arms’ or ‘love’ are not mentioned in the line I’m thinking of
Think of what the girl could say as a reaction to the tattoo when he shows it to her
17x no
Girl
I Want You (She’s So Heavy)
Money (That’s what I Want)
I should have known better
Long Tall Sally ( technically there have already been live recordings of this song before With The Beatles, though)
Not once does the diversity seem forced -- the genius of the record is how the vaudevillian "When I'm 64" seems like a logical extension of "Within You Without You" and how it provides a gateway to the chiming guitars of "Lovely Rita. - Stephen T. Erlewine on Sgt Pepper's

You’ve all thought of some very great guesses but the one I had thought of wasn’t among them. As 18 guesses have been made, here is the solution:
Tell Me What You See because of the line: We will never be apart if I’m part of you
Yes, Monica actually liked that tattoo, so what? 😉
Feel free to pick the game up, if you have an idea!

You’ve got it @Ron Nasty!
Actually the pictures are from a Peter Pan child’s book, and Paul’s lyrics seem directly lifted from it…

I don’t know whether you know, @U.C.Nothing, but Paul adapted the words from an Elizabethan poem, Cradle Song, by Thomas Dekker, from his 1603 play Patient Grisse!. It had been set to music several times, and Paul came across sheet music left out by his stepsister Ruth, and unable to read it but liking the words, wrote his own music and tweaked the words.
Golden Slumbers kiss your eyes,
Smiles awake you when you rise ;
Sleep, pretty wantons, do not cry,
And I will sing a lullaby,
Rock them, rock them, lullaby.
Care is heavy, therefore sleep you,
You are care, and care must keep you ;
Sleep, pretty wantons, do not cry,
And I will sing a lullaby,
Rock them, rock them, lullaby.
Anyway, how’s about…

I sang a setting of this is choir. Couldn’t take it seriously because of how much worse it is than Golden Slumbers .
That looks like a broken heart, so let’s try Lonesome Tears in My Eyes
