Hooray! Sigh Butterfly is correct. Guess we were all just waiting till you came back from your weekend vacation. WTG!
1) Sgt. Schultz says “I see nothing” when he sees the Hogan and his men doing their exploits. He doesn’t want to get in trouble, so he turns a blind eye. He’s as blind as he can be. Just sees what he wants to see.
2) Yes, the sign implies “knows not where he’s going to”. The MMT bus would also work since that is the concept of mystery trips in the UK.
3) The world is at your command. I considered a picture of Stewie Griffin saying “The world is mine”. But I figured we should not use the exact same word. Maybe I watched Password too much when I was younger.
My next picture would have been triplets since one of them might say to another “Isn’t he a bit like you and me?”. Finally, I would have posted a picture of Jeremy as my last resort.
Does this mean Sigh does the next one? Or can any one of you take over the reigns if you have one?

Looks like I’ll need to provide some clues on this one. A question regarding this image was included in my daughters SATs (college entrance exams), so I thought it might not be all that obscure. This is a figure from Greek mythology and these images depict a particular type of punishment. The characters name is the origin for a verb in English that was used in a song the Beatles covered. Any guesses?

I cheated and Bing’d Greek mythology punishments and came up with Tantalus who was tortured with food just out of his reach. The word is tantalize which can be found in Devil In Her Heart .

I have looked up pictures before. No worries there. I had looked this one up and come to the same conclusion. You got the guess in first.
If that is the correct answer, I really, really like this round. Very educational.

Devil In Her Heart is the victorious song! Nice investigating Jolly Jimmy and second place kudos to you Ahhh Girl. JJ, research can definitely be a fun aspect of this game. Once meanmistermustard posted a Titanic clue and I spent some time reading accounts of the sinking and browsing through the passenger manifest (I really wanted to place the characters from Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da on board). It was interesting even though I didn’t end up with the correct guess. The ball is in your court Jimmy 😉

Thank you Sigh. I echo Ahh’s sentiment in that I like the educational aspect of some of our clues. I was gonna say the same thing.
Here is the first picture. If you guys struggle, I will explain it as Sigh did with Tantalus. After that, I have another easier picture in mind. Hope you will get it by then. Otherwise, I’ll be stuck.

I was going to guess Every Little Thing and then like a bolt of lightning 🙂 I remembered the image. It’s a picture of a singer that went by the name of Napoleon XIV. His big hit from the 60s was They’re Coming To Take Me Away, Ha-Ha. So I’m thinking (in honor of your namesake) Magical Mystery Tour .

Yes, Sigh Butterfly is correct. Here is the complete picture. (The album cover).
If you want to see what my second picture would have been, I will put it in the Beatles Puns section.
Meanwhile, back to you SB!
