I think I got it!
Picture 1: gotta good reason for taking the easy way out (of the boat)
picture 2: she’s a big teaser, she took me half the way there
picture 3: tried to please her, she only played what I said
written hint: Paul sings lead on verses although John wrote the song
All I was looking for was somebody who looked like you... with money!

Written Clue #1
The Beatles singer of the song wasn’t always the Beatles singer of the song but another Beatles singer of the song. [You have to really know your Beatles].

To commiserate reaching 40 (and possibly breaking the record for most guesses) we need a new clue and it may be time to bring things in so.
Written Clue #4
Twice recorded for the BBC (by the Beatles obviously, not going down the road of other bands later on. Not that sick.).

It’s way too far fetched, but I’m giving it a try anyway. It is:
1. The way she looked is way beyond compare – pertaining to the graphic stories of Titanic – nothing comparable to the devastation. Biggest ship disaster of the time.
2. The girl in the picture is seventeen.
3. John Lennon sang this song with Elton John as well, whereas the original Beatle singer was Paul McCartney .
4. The person in the picture on the hospital bed is looking at someone standing in front of him – I Saw Her Standing There .
For tomorrow may rain, so I'll follow the Sun

2 more incorrect bringing it to 42.
‘I’ll Follow The Sun ‘ was recorded once for the BBC, ‘I Saw Her Standing There ‘ 11 times. The mystery track was recorded twice.
The Titanic itself has nothing to do with the song, nor does anything to do with boats, ships, sailing, sinking or anything else nautical.
