Number 3 is left…

Forsan et haec olim meminisse juvabit” (“Perhaps one day it will be a pleasure to look back on even this”; Virgil, The Aeneid, Book 1, line 203, where Aeneas says this to his men after the shipwreck that put them on the shores of Africa)

you have 2 eyes

I Think that Rolling Stone should do a cover story of The Rolling Stones covering "Like a Rolling Stone" or if a Type of Beetle was named after The Beatles.

2) I own a dress with raccoons on it.

@The John, if you want a post deleted, make a note in the post indicating that you want the post deleted. A mod will do it for you. Let’s continue with The John’s three choices. I hope that is okay, @AppleScruffJunior.

I’ll pick #3. You have some of the remasters and would like to get the others for Christmas.

1. We each opened one Christmas present last night.
2. We have breakfast foods instead of lunch/dinner foods for family get-togethers on Christmas Day.
3. My moms’s Christmas tree is an artificial one this year.

#3 is the lie. The tree is very real, big, and pretty.

We really do have breakfast foods instead of lunch foods for Christmas. We started that tradition about 12 years ago. It is really fun and everyone loves it. My cousin T. makes the most wonderful breakfast casserole. Of course, my mom makes chocolate gravy for the biscuits. In this family, there is a fight for the last drop of chocolate gravy. Good stuff.

Your turn, @Oudis.

Thank you @Ahhh Girl, here I go:

1) I’ve never read the Epic of Gilgamesh, although I have a very nice edition waiting for me on my night table.

2) I’ve never read the Complete Stories of Father Brown by Chesterton although I have a very nice edition waiting for me on my night table.

3) I’ve never read a biography of Edgar Allan Poe although I have a very nice edition waiting for me on my night table.
