They’d rather listen to it.

To whom was Paul referring when he wrote the line “dont’ forget me” in the somg ‘Martha My Dear ‘.

Alternate answer. (Too long to discard entirely!)

Which Beatle is the only one who hasn’t made a guest appearance on The Simpsons? (Hint: it’s not Paul, George, or Ringo)

That would be, obviously, John. He never needed to make a guest appearance because he was already a regular cast member, providing the voices of Principal Skinner, Ralph Wiggum, Groundskeeper Willie, Todd Flanders, Rod Flanders, Krusty the Klown, Mrs. Krabappel, Sideshow Mel, Sideshow Bob, Sideshow Raheem, Milhouse, Helen Lovejoy, Moe, Kent Brockman, Otto, Santa’s Little Helper, the cawing crow that accompanies establishing shots of the nuclear power plant, and Homer Simpson’s beloved “drunk” voice.

To whom was Paul referring when he wrote the line “dont’ forget me” in the somg ‘Martha My Dear‘.

The following people thank vonbontee for this post:

Beatlebug, Necko

GEORGE: In fact, The Detroit Sound. JOHN: In fact, yes. GEORGE: In fact, yeah. Tamla-Motown artists are our favorites. The Miracles. JOHN: We like Marvin Gaye. GEORGE: The Impressions PAUL & GEORGE: Mary Wells. GEORGE: The Exciters. RINGO: Chuck Jackson. JOHN: To name but eighty.

Necko asked

Why can’t the Beatles read music?

Because John was blind as a bat without his glarsses, and he never would wear them, so he couldn’t read music. And everyone knows that The Beatles is John Lennon

 Zig and vonbontee chorused

To whom was Paul referring when he wrote the line “dont’ forget me” in the song ‘Martha My Dear‘?

Trick question! It was actually his Hofner bass saying ‘Don’t forget me’ to Paul, after he started using his Rickenbacker more often.

Why does the person Paul is talking to say goodbye when Paul says hello?

For whose benefit was there a show in the song ‘Being For The Benefit Of Mr. Kite’?

They both have vowels in their names. Similar to ‘AppleScruffJunior’ and ‘Opportunity’, or whatever it was that her spell-checker wanted to replace it with.

The sound of music– Beatles music of course…

When did the Beatles start recording on sixteen-track machines?

The day they all turned 20. Isn’t it fab that they were all born on the same day in the same hospital ward! After living in different neighborhoods and going to different schools, it is grand they all met up and formed a band.

Where was Ringo when The Beatles decided to contact him and ask him to join the band?

He was being visited by Ahhh Girl during her travels.

Name a) the Beatles’ 1965 hit colour movie extravaganza; b) the self-titled soundtrack album to the movie of the same year; and c) its title cut which became a hit single

Which Beatle are you?

The one who wondered where Saturday night and all day Sunday went.

Why Beatles had A Hard Day’s Night and Eight Days A Week?

They had a hard day’s Monday night, perplexed, trying to figure out just how did we end up with eight day’s this week when 1 1/2 of the regular seven were erased. Befuddling to be sure.

How many Beatles songs were written by Sophie Tucker?

As many songs as there are Beatles fans on Mars.

What Beatles’ song was said to have been inspired by Carl Perkins’ 2064 classical piece ‘God Only Knows’?
