How many licks does it take to get to the center of a Rubber Soul Beatles Pop?  (haha Zig you’re not the only one to remember that commercial!)

One After 909 .

Which Beatles album set a record by receiving 139 Grammy’s, the Presidential Medal of Honor, and a $20 NEMS gift certificate in one evening?

I don’t know what impresses me more; the fact that you remembered I mentioned that commercial way back when or the fact that I remembered that I mentioned that commercial way back when. a-hard-days-night-ringo-13

Rubbolver

What did the Beatles purchase with the aforementioned $20 NEMS gift certificate?

To the fountain of perpetual mirth, let it roll for all its worth. And all the children boogie.

I only saw it a week or so ago on this thread…didn’t remember I was reading a months-old post

Paul: Yeah well… first of all, we’re bringing out a ‘Stamp Out Detroit’ campaign.

A copy of Rubbolver, a copy of the Beach Boys album Smile, a pack of fifty CD-Rs, four tickets to a Guns N’ Roses concert (somehow), Billy J. Kramer and the Dakotas posters, an upright piano, toenail clippers, a four-pack of Bic lighters, a Stradivarius violin, sheet music of Beethoven’s “Symphony No. 3 in E-flat major,” a fake Rolex, several hundred thousand guitar picks, two goats, a pig, four copies of Howl and Other Poems, a mind-control device, ten pounds of gold, twenty pounds of sauerkraut, love, a pair of shoes for Paul (although he appears to have lost them sometime before the Abbey Road cover was photographed), friendship, respect, self-esteem, a selfie stick, brand new smartphones, a helicopter ride, a key to the city, Elvis’ medical records, a shed, world peace, several Hot Wheels toy cars, a brain, a heart, courage, a paperback copy of Star Trek For Dummies, a solid gold toilet, and a stick of gum.

(Twenty dollars was a lot of money in those days)

What does the NEMS in NEMS Enterprises stand for?

John and Paul would both be determined to win, George would try to play truant, but it would be Ringo who would, with a few peace-signs, use his small stature to his advantage and slip away, thus saving himself.

None. Brian was instead lured and booked the Beatles to go to Kansas City for a special show there in 1964 and they never managed to get to adulthood (which was probably a good thing).

Which type of drumset did Ringo use in the Beatles?

One that was unable to be heard over the masses of shrieking, hysteric girls.

Slightly rephrased from a trivia question I once saw:

What is singer/songwriter/former Beatle/multi-instrumentalist/founder of Wings/turns-perfectly-sensible-female-into-pools-of-drool-sexy-male Sir Paul McCartney ‘s first name?

Answers in the question; Sir Paul McCartney ‘s is obviously Sir. Which proved to be very helpful when he got knighted.

John bakes the bread.
George grows the onions in his garden.
Paul milks an animal on his farm and makes the cheese.
Ringo puts all the ingredients together and toasts them for the group.

The fifth Beatles brings the tea to go with the toasties.

What is The Beatles favorite baseball team?
