@Pineapple Records, the point of this thread is that the questions are either so ridiculously easy or so stupid in the first place that the answers are to be just as daft, stupid or idiotic. Its one of the few threads on here where truth and accuracy are to be left at the thread door. apple01

If you read the first few pages of the thread you’ll see its descent from simple questions and answers into what it wonderfully now is.

Is this game allowing whimsical yet erroneous answers?  I’m confused…

It is not only allowing them but actively encouraging them!

In answer to necko, the White Album was left blank so that visually impaired Beatles fans wouldn’t be left out. The bands original idea was to record an entirely silent record so that their deaf fans would feel grateful, but George Martin considered the idea “bloody stupid” and refused to participate.

Why did all Beatles records have holes in the centre?

Paul: Yeah well… first of all, we’re bringing out a ‘Stamp Out Detroit’ campaign.

Because if you spin them backwards at a 43% reduction of normal speed the holes open and expand to teleport you to another realm where dinosaurs still roam the earth and serve you coffee and tea for your breakfast (and do a better job than most fast food staff).

What type of animal whistle was placed between ‘A Day In The Life ‘ and the Pepper Inner Groove so only they could hear it?

It was a dodo whistle. It was meant to summon the rebirth of the thought to be extinct dodo. This was one other ploy in the elaborate coverup of Paul’s death

Why was the sea green and the sky blue as referenced in the song Yellow Submarine ?

Look its a thingy! A fiendish thingy!

The water in land of submarines is highly polluted.

The Beatles performed on the rooftop of what building on January 30, 1969?

EDIT: Ringo has 12 cents in his pocket.

To the building question…I didn’t see SG’s post…Buckingham Palace upon the Queen’s command. She sat sipping tea and listening intently to them through an open window.

Who bribed Rita to not give him a ticket so that she had money to pay the dinner bill?

The International House of Pancakes on Interstate 75 in Dayton, Ohio. The proprietor promised them all the breakfast they could eat, absolutely free. (Ringo requested that his sausage not be too spicy; John and Yoko had nothing but endless cups of coffee with cream and sugar; Paul chose the vegetarian option, and George demanded plenty of biscuits with his breakfast.)

Who bribed Rita to not give him a ticket so that she had money to pay the dinner bill?

Heather Mills, with her generous divorce settlement.

What does Ringo yell at the end of “Helter Skelter “?

Paul: Yeah well… first of all, we’re bringing out a ‘Stamp Out Detroit’ campaign.

T’was English tea of course a-hard-days-night-john-6

Who bribed Rita to not give him a ticket so that she had money to pay the dinner bill?

Maxwell Edison, majoring in medicine, who had plenty of money from his stepfather, Doctor Robert , who helped people get high, as he was their friend.

Oh, didn’t see VB’s post…

Breach of promise. They all agreed to marry Heather after Paul divorced her.

Why was the album cover of johnandyoko’s “Two Virgins ” controversial?

Paul: Yeah well… first of all, we’re bringing out a ‘Stamp Out Detroit’ campaign.

Ringo recreated the pose of Michelangelo’s David statue but hadnt shaved off his beard, something which offended the Italians.

Why did Paul marry Barbara eight days after John married a Pattie?

Because George married Maureen two weeks earlier and Bingo marred Yoko a week before that.

a-hard-days-night-ringo-8 I saw that very same question on ‘Hard Beatles Trivia’, but what the heck…

Jane Asher and Pattie Boyd. Yoko has since claimed it was she and not Jane, but her claims are false.

Which couple were johnandyoko?

A.

a-hard-days-night-ringo-8 The Beatles Trivia – Even Easier! way of saying none of the above.

The song was called ‘Satisfaction’, written by Frank Sinatra, and was later covered by Pink Pattie Boyd (whose name was a reference to The Band’s Music From Big Pink).

Who sang the na na’s in Hey Jude
