A: Paul should have known better with a song like that. There’s a place for him to go when he feels low/blue on Penny Lane with other wind instruments, behind the shelter in the middle of a roundabout.

Offline An excellent question that deserves a good fact-based answer! And the fact is, I listened to the first part of “Drive My Car ” and counted 31 drum hits, before losing count; whereas when I afterward switched albums and played “Taxman “, I lost count after only 24 hits. Therefore, extrapolating the data from those two titles, and without bothering to listen to the other 26 songs in question, I can answer you thusly: The answer to “How many times…” is “yes”; and the answer to “Is this more or fewer than…” is also “yes”. Glad I could help!

Well, LBJ didn’t run in ’68 of course, and this turn of events changed history, to the shock of everyone, including Nixon’s Republican party – as John pointed out in the coded language of “Bungalow Bill”, with its “elephant…taken by surprise”, so the Beatles couldn’t have affected that race. However, they did in fact help secure Johnson’s 1964 victory by running a 3rd party candidate, as seem below:
