A Beginning originally had words written for it, which can be seen here for the first time ever:

Wednesday morning at 5 o’clock as the day begins,
the minute you let her under your skin,
then you begin to make it better.

And the band begins to play.

The band begins at 10 to 6.
They played the game ‘existence’ to the end
of the beginning.

In the beginning, I misunderstood,
the games begin to drag me down;
and now the moon begins to shine,
and as he gives it to her she begins to sing.

What poem helped inspire I Am The Walrus ?

I Am The Walrus was inspired by The Fireplace song:

I am heat as you are heat as you’re cooked meat

and we all burn together…

Why is it so hard loving you?

Boy, you’ve been a naughty girl, you let your knickers down…

.

.

.

…sorry, thought it was the “different lyric” game…

Why didn’t the boys decide to break the bad news to Pete themselves?

Paul: Yeah well… first of all, we’re bringing out a ‘Stamp Out Detroit’ campaign.

Because none of them actually wanted to get rid of Pete. Pete had actually gone over to NEMS to sack Brian, but the latter got in there first. By the time the other three realised what had happened,  they’d started recording The White Album .

Why did George start the ‘Paul is Dead’ rumour in 1969?

Because George got mad at Paul for the latter had called some of his music “granny music”. Therefore, George decided it would be infuriating for Paul to have to deal with scared and crying fans whenever he passed them by, for said fans think that he was a ghost. Karma bit George in the *ss however when equally delusional fans begin to tackle and smooch him soon after when there was a rumor circulating (started by Paul) that he was Paul in disguise all along.

Alan and his Mum perished in 1972 in a  building collapsing from the effects of Hurricane Rory and the ensuing storm, an event described as “tragic and amusing.”

had to Wikipedia-research to understand the full context of that question…yeesh. I like my scenario more.

What was the song title “Let It Be ” changed from, at the last minute?

It was previously “Let Betty”, but Linda became furious believing that Paul was keen on Yoko, whom, she believed, he had secretly named Betty. So Paul changed it in order that they still get married and buy a farm in Scotland. However, he was still relieved that Linda never caught on that he was secretly calling Pattie Lady Madonna .

Because he was busy working overtime , eight nights a week, 366 nights a year.

why was the artwork for their “Meat The Bitless” album so controversial?

Because the majority of the Beatles fanbase at the time (as well as the press and the mass media) expected the Beatles to go partially nude on their album covers, as the people at the time craved for more racy stuff. Sadly enough, the album cover proved to not only have no partial nudity, but the Beatles showing even less skin then usual by wearing fedoras, gloves and sweaters (which was an odd fashion choice back then).

What ever happened after that?

After that, Let It Be Naked was released, which disappointed the fans even more as there was still no nudity despite the promises. In protest, many fans have maintained their complete nakedness under their clothing to this day.

Someone remarked that he, his shows, repertoire, and his legacy in general were getting old and stale. So he did the Freshen Up tour as a bit of a two-fingered salute to them.

How did he freshen up his tour?

Every 15 minutes during the show all of the sprinklers in the auditorium come on to blow away the cobwebs, dirt and sweat. Unfortunately, Paul has to keep up a plentiful supply of guitarist to replace the electrocuted ones.

George wanted the “1” album to be named “George” instead, but the other Beatles thought it wouldn’t sell as well and so shut him down. However, to appease him, they made up a secret code in which “1” meant “George” and as the “1” on the album cover didn’t like loud noises he came to be known as the quiet 1.

What did George famously shout after Yoko ate one of his biscuits?

Under spoiler:

Happy Feckmas, Fiddy
Happy Feckmas, Walrian

So this is Feckmas
And what have you done
Another meal over
And a naptime just begun
And so this is Feckmas
I hope you have food
The Nasty and delish
The mould and the fresh

A very Merry Feckmas
And a happy New Meal
Let’s hope it’s good dinner
Without any veal

And so this is Feckmas (lunch is over)
For appetites weak and strong (if you ate it)
For well-fed and starved ones (lunch is over)
The afternoon is so long (now)
And so happy Feckmas (lunch is over)
For pepper and salt (if you ate it)
For mustard and ketchup (lunch is over)
Let’s eat all the food (now)

A very Merry Feckmas
And a happy New Meal
Let’s hope it’s a good one
Without any veal

And so this is Feckmas (lunch is over)
And what have we eaten (if you ate it)
Another meal over (lunch is over)
A new one just begun (now)
And so happy Feckmas (lunch is over)
We hope you have food (if you want it)
The Nasty and the delish (lunch is over)
The mould and the fresh (now)

A very Merry Xmas
And a happy New Meal
Let’s hope it’s good dinner
Without any veal

Lunch is over, if you ate it
Lunch is over now

Happy Feckmas! Happy Feckmas!
