Because the album was released on edible digestive records instead of vinyl, and within a month of the record’s release all known copies had been devoured.

What is George’s middle name?

The neighbour’s cat started wailing at 3am and woke John up.

How long did it take George’s friends to find their way out of the L.A. fog? Had he fell asleep by the time they reached him?

It took a Long, Long, Long time. Some believe he had fallen asleep, but he was actually in a deep meditative state.

What happened on the Fifth of November?

John became terribly ill after eating the one vinyl copy of the aforementioned record (from the top of the page), thinking it was a digestive.

Where did Paul get the inspiration for Only A Northern Song ?

It was originally called “Mother Nature’s Child,” and because there were already too many songs about children of nature, everybody thought it would be too confusing. He changed the name, but by then it was TOO LATE.

What is George’s real first name? (George is his middle name, he copied Paul and changed his first name to George).

It hid itself inside John’s guitar case during their last night of their final Hamburg residency, making its way back to England, and John was delighted, taking “Ginny” along on every subsequent world tour.

In the song, they could work out their tax returns. In real life they were completely swamped in paperwork and couldn’t make head or tail of their taxes, leading to the writing of Taxman .

Monty Python inspired George to make BandMate; he found it so criminally unfunny that he thought it was his duty as a decent human being to do better.

bandmate films was famous for producing films!

Which Beatle collaborated with Charles Mingus?

Trick question: Two Beatles collaborated with the volatile jazzman. First, Paul and Mingus recorded an album of electric/acoustic bass duets – uncharacteristically, Macca did not attempt to tell Charles what to play. Additionally, Mingus and Ringo formed an experimental trio with an electric sitar player, but broke up the band when they couldn’t decide on the better band name, “Mingo” or “Ringus”.

What is George’s tax advice for the dead?

In Taxman , George’s advice was for those who die rather than those who are already dead, meaning only those presently in the process of dying were implored to declare the pennies on their eyes, creating a tax loophole exploited by the ghosts of billionaires for decades to come.

Which restaurant did Ringo attend upon returning to Britain from Rikikesh, and who did he dine with in the absence of his bandmates?

I've been up on the mountain, and I've seen his wondrous grace,
I've sat there on the barstool and I've looked him in the face.
He seemed a little haggard, but it did not slow him down,
he was humming to the neon of the universal sound.

He dined with Yoko and Linda at the Lonely Hearts Club, and together they set up a plan to capture the the hearts of the two most influential Beatles so that the band would be wrenched apart, and then Ringo could have the other ex-Beatles at his fingertips to write songs for him and help him have a wildly successful solo career. a-hard-days-night-george-4 Don’t be fooled by his insistence that he was the most heartbroken when the band broke up, or that they were his brothers; it’s all an act. Ringo’s the best actor, after all. a-hard-days-night-ringo-15
