America asked, ‘Who is Pete Best?’
Which Beatle was heavily addicted to oranges, and when, and why?

John was addicted to oranges for most of his life. This started after he first heard the song ‘Oh My Darling Clementine’. Often, he could be heard singing lyrics like ‘I’m Gonna Citrus Down And Cry (Over You)’, ‘Tangerine Pam’ and ‘Valencia Fields Forever’.
Why did he hate cherries?

He could only think of one song lyric to associate them with – “He shoot cherry cola” for his song Plum Together.
What is ‘the situation’ George is talking about in Revolution 9 ?

They’re obviously worried about too much trans fat. (But it’s worth noting that in the Coasters’ original version, the cool chicks are instead splitting up a bag of Acapulco Gold.)
Did John have gay leanings?

Yes. In the early days, whenever John completed writing a song without Paul’s help, or managed to record a track in minimum takes, he would jump for joy, run outside Abbey Road Studios and lean up against the nearest lamppost, grinning at all the passersby for about fifteen minutes. These ‘gay leanings’ helped John and Paul write the lyrics for Eleanor Rigby , as John would often see many lonely people while doing his routine.
Why did John eventually stop leaning against lampposts?

People mistook him for a drunk. Also to spite Paul, who leaned against lampposts every day.
Why did Paul have lamppost leanings in ‘Every Night ‘?

It’s about 80 pages!
No, seriously: It’s a coming-of-age story about a young woman whose ambition to become the first person to ride a bicycle across the English Channel is challenged by the fact that her stern father is opposed, and threatens to disinherit her from the family’s wheelbarrow fortune unless she abandons her dream and marries Lord Higginbottom-Cream. Further complicating her ambition is the French Navy, which is patrolling the waters; and the fact that it’s 1807 and the bicycle will not be invented for another half-century (and when it is, its use by ladies will be frowned upon by Victorian society.)
“Captures both the subtle complexities and the raw ferocity of the wheelbarrow trade in a gripping first novel” – Publishers Weekly
“I couldn’t stop turning the pages. So badly did I wish it to end.” – William F. Buckley
“Thank you very much…you’ve got a lucky face!” – author
How did John find time to write this novel in between songwriting/recording/performing?

George Martin. He took the job because it paid more than producing crappy pop records by boy bands…
Which ‘boy band’ did he produce?

“Lady Madonna “. Gilmour played the simulated tenor sax solo on a Gibson SG filtered through a Tranesonic pedal into a Dolphyphonic amplifier with a revolving brass cone speaker.
