At the age of 99, highly unknown Spanish guitarist, Loco Uno sued Yoko as her name resembled his too much. Uno, who invented psychedelic rock in the 1930’s, began using ‘Loco Uno’ as a stage name a few years before Yoko’s birth. He feels her fame, and similar name, eclipsed his musical contributions and that she should have it legally changed to something less confusing, like Yolky One.

John and Paul cowrote it the 60s and each continued the project independently after the Beatles broke up, hence the alternate histories… but for some reason Paul’s version is usually written off as ‘revisionism’.
