He was also the reason they got the audition at Decca, the recording contract at EMI, a shot at the BBC, why John, Paul and George got into music in the first place, wrote all the songs from 1957 to 1970, secretly recorded all Ringo drum tracks to this day, tutored George Martin in the history of Music, and advised Brian on how to break them in America.

Heat a pan on a medium heat
Add some milk and two eggs
Mix until eggs are well
