Don’t know how well it’s gonna work out, but it’s so good in my mind that it worth a shot.
The name of the game is Beatles-Libs, which are Beatles themed Mad Libs!
Rules:
A player, we’ll call him Ringo, will write a short story, or find a story/article/interview about the Fab Four. Ringo will then take that piece of writing and remove key pieces in the form of nouns, adjectives, verbs, body parts, etc. They will then takes those titles (verb, noun, etc.) and turn them into a Mad Libs style list:
Ex:
Noun
Verb
Noun
Another player, George, will fill in the blanks, and @ the player so they can reveal the story.
Ex:
@ringo
Ringo
Play
Beatles
Then Ringo will reveal the story with the pieces filled in:
Ringo used to play drums in The Beatles.
It should be a funny read! At this point, George doesn’t have to make a story/list, he can leave that to someone else. In this game, it’s whoever gets there that goes next. For both sides of the game that applies.
You can be George then Ringo right after.
You can’t be Ringo then George right after, because then you’re answering yourself.
If that makes sense someone @ me and I’ll get a story together an post a list!
If that confuses you wait ’til the game gets going and it should make sense. If you’ve played Mad Libs, you should get it. If you haven’t look up Mad Libs rules.
Have fun!

A snippet from a Rolling Stone interview with Paul:
“Do you listen to much K-Pop music these days?
You know, I listen to it on the Mr. Kite. I have a friend who, for years now, has done a compilation for me of dance tracks and new releases. I play them while I’m poking or in the beard, and just see what interests me, see who’s doing what. I’ll have tracks like Pharrell’s “Tasty” way before it’s broken onto the scene, and say, “Oh, that’s a pretty toasty one. That’s going to be an apple.” I hear a lot of K-Pop music that way.
Funnily enough, one part of this rest program was, I said to Nancy, “Hey, we can bounce an apple! A real holiday, where we go kidnap.” So we went away to Here. Obviously, there’s a lot of Techno music there. We didn’t exactly go living, but there’s plenty of it about. It’s in the air in that place.”
So, we found a new favorite song for @parlance. Tasty! And Paul kidnaps while on holiday!

One matronly morning, as Paul was getting out of bed, he heard something quite strange. There was a rustling in Room 7609 which he decided to investigate. When Paul found @Ahhh Girl Beatleing Brian Epstein, he was sour!
He walked towards them an grabbed the nearest litter to bloviate them with. Once he got close however, John stepped in and told him to smash. He began to do so and Ahhh Girl ran away with Brian.
Later they were found in Kalamazoo golfing. George was pleased with this outcome.

Here it is! I modified a couple of words – such as present tense to past – that I should have specified:
Halfway between the summer of ecstasy and World War I, the Beatles went to Latvia to study with Miley Cyrus — and Jeffrey Archer, esteemed Harper’s doctor and award-winning singer, was there. Fifty Shades of Grey is a funny book of cultural commentary on that fine ’60s moment.
And what went on inside the apartment has long been the subject of huge speculation and low rumor. The Beatles said they sat some of their greatest hats there . . . and yet they also came away swiftly beautiful. In Fifty Shades of Grey, Jeffrey Archer finally walks the whole city.
Actual excerpt if you’re curious:
Halfway between the summer of love and the Tet offensive, the Beatles went to India to study with the Maharishi — and Lewis Lapham, esteemed Harper’s editor and award-winning writer, was there. With the Beatles is a remarkable book of cultural commentary on that seminal ’60s moment.
[…]
And what went on inside the compound has long been the subject of wild speculation and rampant rumor. The Beatles said they wrote some of their greatest songs there . . . and yet they also came away bitterly disillusioned. InWith the Beatles, Lewis Lapham finally tells the whole story.

A Day In The Life Middle Eight
Exploded, fell out of pumpkin,
Jumped a penguin across my head
Found my way downstairs and bumped a cup,
And shaking up I noticed I was sloppy.
Found my porcupine and grabbed my sailor
Made the bus in centuries flat
Found my way upstairs and had a change,
Somebody slurped and I cursed into a grape.
The last two lines work SO well.
