Inspired by the game that was conceived by @Ron Nasty and initially run by @Dark Overlord, here is the Beatles Jeopardy Race!
I have made 2 spreadsheets, one with the questions and the other with the answers. Here are the questions covered up by a white rectangle.
The game is simple. Anybody picks a category and point value, and I give the question. The first person to answer gets the points and gets to pick the next question. In order to win, you must be in the lead when the board is cleared. The “Daily Double” will occur on the last two questions.
I hope that this is simple enough, and that @Martha and @The Hole Got Fixed are willing to join this game along with DO and Ron. Anybody can play this game, and there is no limit to how many can play. The only rule is that you cannot join once the game has started. No cheating is the other obvious rule.
The winner of this game will run the next game, and so on.

It sounds very well thought through so I’ll give it a try. But there’s one thing I don’t understand. So, if, for instance, a player requested the question ‘Solo-300’ and a few hours later you name the question. Has the player who requested the question got to answer it then or can anybody answer it? Thank you for carrying on the idea, by the way.
Not once does the diversity seem forced -- the genius of the record is how the vaudevillian "When I'm 64" seems like a logical extension of "Within You Without You" and how it provides a gateway to the chiming guitars of "Lovely Rita. - Stephen T. Erlewine on Sgt Pepper's

Anybody can answer the active question, so its a matter of seeing it before everybody else. I also think it discourages cheating, because if you don’t know the answer, you don’t have to say anything.

As I’ve already said elsewhere, I’m perfectly willing to join in.
However, @sir walter raleigh, I do see a slight problem with the active question being able to be answered by anyone, and that is the different time zones we all inhabit.
Those in roughly the same time zone as yourself are likely to see questions long before others for who it may be the middle of the night when they’re sleeping. This would present an unfair advantage based on location.
It may end up that those in very different time zones to you never get the chance to answer a question because those in roughly the same time zone have already beaten them to it.
Hope that sort of makes sense.

That does make sense. I didn’t think about that. A solution would be to direct questions at specific users, similar to the previous Trivia Race. That will have to do for now unless we can figure out a way for everyone to answer at once.

Pleased you didn’t think I was finding a problem where there wasn’t one. It is virtually impossible to have a “buzzer” game when the players are spread around the world.

We could try it both ways. If people in my time zone are the only ones able to answer then you have found a problem in the game.

We could do it where someone asks for a question and only they are allowed to answer it, this would help greatly for those people who have time zones that are very different from ours, it may be lunchtime for people in our timezone but for others it’s the middle of the night.
If you're reading this, you are looking for something to do.

Let’s try it that way, limited to four players for the first run through, and we can see about changing it for the second.

I honestly don’t believe a “buzzer” game works on the internet, @sir walter raleigh. It seems silly to me to go with a format that will most likely fail. Even were you to make it that active questions were posted at a time that worked for the US and Europe, they wouldn’t work for Australia and New Zealand. I would not like to see a game which disadvantages people who might want to take part because of their location.
