Hint 1: The answer does involve food and is not musical in any way (unless you are a fan of Blazing Saddles).
Hint 2: Sexy Sadie

Ringo’s experience of Rishikesh? Ringo said: “The food was impossible for me because I’m allergic to so many different things. I took two suitcases with me, one of clothes and the other full of Heinz beans”

I’ll give this one a try. The Beatles were flying to Jacksonville, Fl during the 1964 North American tour. Due to Hurricane Dora they were diverted to Key West. That was the night Paul sings about in Here Today ; “What about the night we cried…”. But I digress. I believe it was the next day when John declared that the Beatles would never play for segregated audiences. I can’t think of the exact quote, but the mayor of Jacksonville relented and the show went on.

Good line of reasoning, SB, but it’s not what I have in mind for this picture.
“It was like being in the eye of a hurricane. You’d wake up in a concert and think, Wow, how did I get here?”

(According to Paul: “When my kids were young they used to call milk ‘monk’ for whatever reason that kids do … and monkberry moon delight was a fantasy drink … a fantasy milk shake.” So maybe a spoon to stir up the ingredients first.)

(edit: oops, I forgot Beatles lyrics weren’t allowed. don’t mind me )
My hot take is that after the Beatles split they went down the paths of spiritualism, solipsism, alcoholism, and Paul McCartney

I listened to Hold On tonight while remembering Judith Durham.
When you’re by yourself
And there’s no-one else
You just have yourself
And you tell yourself
Just to hold on
